MINIMUM ORDER, HANDLING AND PROCESSING FEES
Botanical Purchases: Minimum $300.00 per order.
BACK ORDERS
Decorative Botanicals that are back-ordered will be considered canceled due to the length of time it can take to
receive merchandise to fill back-orders. Please contact your sales representative for an expected date of availability.
ADD-ONS
Orders for all stock items received by 12:00 noon will be shipped within
48 hours.
Additions received after 10:00 a.m. the day following your initial order
will be treated as a new order, unless your initial order has not yet been processed.
EXPORT
For shipments outside of North America we require a $500.00 minimum order.
QUANTITY PRICE BREAKS
Our price breaks for decorative botanicals are based upon purchases in excess of 500 lb. quantities. Prices are per pound or per unit of measure.
PURCHASES IN QUANTITIES GREATER THAN THOSE LISTED ARE NEGOTIATED AND BASED UPON CURRENT MARKET CONDITIONS PER ITEM. CALL ONE OF OUR SALES

Due to unforeseen market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice.
VERBAL ORDERS
Verbal orders can cause shipping errors. In order to avoid these types of errors, we strongly urge you to provide a
purchase order in writing. Your written order can be mailed in, faxed or e-mailed.

Errors resulting from orders placed verbally are the customer's responsibility. Your written order will guarantee you will be shipped what you ordered. Of course, we will continue to accept verbal orders, if this is your
preferred method of communicating. However, shipment errors resulting from any orders taken verbally will be an expense you will be responsible for. See RETURNS AND CREDITS POLICY

"DAMAGED" & "SHORTED" SHIPMENTS
Merchandise that arrives at your facility in a damaged condition must be received and documented correctly.
Failure to sign a bill of lading "damaged" and/or "shorted" for goods that shipped via an LTL (less than truckload) carrier
such as Roadway or Yellow Freight, voids your right to claim compensation from both the trucking company and from Flora Classique.
Processing a claim for merchandise shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) requires us to conform to
UPS's claims policy
Damaged merchandise must be kept in the original container with the product inside until a UPS representative has inspected the damages.
Retain the UPS inspector's documentation, and forward a copy of it to Flora Classique. You may then begin processing a claim with UPS.
Full credit for damaged shipments is subject to our Returns and Credits
policy. Be sure to contact Flora Classique when a damaged
shipment incident occurs.

Decorative botanicals, are sold F.O.B. Baltimore, MD.
CREDIT TERMS/PAYMENT OPTIONS
If you do not have an established line of credit with our firm, you may
Pre-pay for your merchandise by mailing us a check. Orders may also be shipped on a C.O.D. cash basis via UPS.
You may request a line of credit for your firm. To establish a credit line, please complete and submit our
Credit Application. It will take
approximately two weeks to process your application. A copy of your firm's Retail Merchant
Certificate from your State must be included with the Credit Application form.

Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.
All merchandise ordered is payable in U.S. funds.
FINANCE CHARGES
A maximum finance charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be assessed to any past due balance.

CONDITION OF SALE
All products are sold on a wholesale basis; i.e. sold for further
processing to be used to manufacture other products, or to be resold.
LIMITATION OF PRODUCT LIABILITY
Flora Classique employs a number of quality control checks before we ship you your order so
that errors are kept to a minimum. When a mistake is made, we will be monetarily liable for
the error limited to, the sales cost of the merchandise we shipped to you and the freight charges (when sold f.o.b.).
On receipt of your merchandise, please check the goods carefully. Be
certain the decorative botanicals you are receiving conform to what you ordered. Double-check our item numbers with
the original samples and paperwork you received. Should there be any problems, they can be corrected without incurring
a large loss. Our customers rarely experience problems with the raw materials we ship to them. Yet, we feel it is extremely
important to emphasize, we are in a partnership with you. Both Flora Classique's and your quality controls will help our
companies succeed.
DISCLAIMER FOR INFESTATION
Decorative botanicals are natural raw materials. Just like corn and wheat these natural goods can become infested with
insects. Flora Classique implements several precautionary methods to control infestation. We fog our Baltimore warehouse
during the warm months. Most importantly, every botanical we sell is fumigated with either Menthyl Bromide or Aluminum
Phosphide. These fumigants have been scientifically proven to kill all stages of insects that typically infest botanicals.
However, once botanicals are fumigated, they can again become re-infested as these EPA approved and legal fumigants do not
remain on the botanicals (they leave no residue). If you observe infestation in botanicals, immediately isolate and remove
the infested botanicals from your warehouse, so as not to expose infested botanical inventory with "clean" inventory.
You can kill the insects by freezing the infested botanicals at zero degrees Fahrenheit. For alternative eradication
methods, you may contact Flora Classique to discuss actions to implement. Flora Classique makes no warranty that the
botanicals we ship to you will be 100% free of infestation. We will work diligently with you to help you resolve
infestation problems. We strongly recommend you implement a monitoring program for insect activity in your own storage
areas. Please call us to discuss these methods. We will be happy to provide you with company names and phone numbers
where you can purchase insect monitoring and eradication supplies.
SHIPMENT POLICY
Most orders will ship via common carrier. If you don't have a discount program with a specified carrier, Flora Classique
will suggest one so that you will receive our discount. Most orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt. During our busy
season (July through November), orders may take longer to process. Should this situation exist Flora Classique will inform
you (see "Add Ons" for additional information).
CANCELLATIONS
Orders completed and not shipped within 48 hours of placement are
cancelable without incurring restock fees. Incomplete orders are
cancelable without penalty. Completed orders and shipped orders are
subject to our Returns and Credits Policy. Customer pick-ups are subject
to our Returns and Credits Policy.
