RETURNS AND CREDITS POLICY
Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling fee unless we were at fault in filling your order. All claims for returns must be made within TEN (10) days of receipt of goods by calling Flora Classique, Inc. at the number listed on your invoice. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. At the time of your call, if Flora Classique authorizes the return, you will be provided with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly written or indicated on the Packing slip accompanying the returned merchandise. The Return Merchandise Packing slip must also include the Flora Classique Warehouse Shipping address. Failure to include this RMA number on the returning Packing Slip will result in a delay of processing your credit and an automatic 20% re-stocking fee. To receive full credit, the returning merchandise must be received in its original packaging. All merchandise returned must be in good saleable condition and in its original container. Every container should be sealed properly. Finally, full credit is subject to our evaluation and approval of the condition and quality of the returned merchandise.
